Course facts

10-week courses available in all locations & online
Duration: 20 hours in total over a 10-week period, 2 hours per class - once per week
5-week intensive courses available in London, Brighton & online
Duration: 20 hours in total over a 5-week period, 2 hours per class - twice per week
One-week intensive courses available online
Duration: 20 hours in total over a one-week period, 4 hours per class - 5 days per week
Course times - 6.30pm - 8.30pm & morning for one-week courses
Days: Monday - Friday
Class size: Minimum 4 / maximum 12
Levels: All levels from beginner to advanced

How it works

Teachers

Courses are taught by fully qualified, native speaker teachers who focus on practical language for use outside the classroom. All teachers have a specialised background in adult education..

Teaching method

Cactus teachers use full immersion and the communicative approach in their lessons. The course is designed to cover the main language skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing. The classroom atmosphere is relaxed but focused, with activities designed to keep you motivated throughout the course.
