Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom

British Study Centres partners with Oxford Brookes University in the delivery of the Cambridge CELTA teacher training qualification.

This offers university students the chance to get a world-renowned teaching qualification alongside their degree.

EM Normandie Business School, France

EM Normandie (École de Management de Normandie) is a well-respected International Business School based in Le Havre, Caen and Paris.

In 2014, they were seeking premises to open their first campus outside of France. British Study Centres helped them get there.

NHS Buckinghamshire Trust

We're finding pioneering solutions so that non-UK trained nurses can sit their English language proficiency exams and be registered with the NMC.

With our help, a group of overseas nurses recruited to Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust were finally able to sit their Occupational English Test (OET), after a number of cancellations due to COVID-19.

NEFT Energies, Saudi Arabia

British Study Centres has been working with NEFT Energies since January 2019 as a training delivery partner in Saudi Arabia.

British Study Centres works with NEFT as a strategic partner to help find solutions to the training challenges their clients face.

SE-ED, Thailand

SE-ED is a successful academic printing and publishing company in Thailand. The group operates book stores, and mobile book centres as well as publishing and distributing academic textbooks.

British Study Centres provides online language training to SE-ED to help them achieve their CSR initiative of improving child literacy in Thailand.

Ministry of Education, South Korea

BSC provided training for South Korean Primary and Secondary school teachers. This project was funded by the South Korean Ministry of Education Science and Technology (MEST).

Participants received training in the UK as well as sessions in South Korea both before arrival and after the course was completed.

Ministry of Justice, Turkey

BSC is the preferred language training partner of the Turkish Ministry of Justice for their Foreign Language and Postgraduate Education of Judges and Public Prosecutors sponsorship programme.

Their aim is to strengthen the administrative judicial capacity of the Turkish judiciary. So far, 30 Senior Judges have taken General English and IELTS courses with BSC in the UK.

View of Kazakhstan

Astana International University (AIU), Kazakhstan

In partnership with AIU, BSC delivered 50 two-week, face-to-face teacher training courses to over 1,000 subject teachers across 7 cities in Kazakhstan.

The overall objectives of the programme were to give practical instruction in content & language (CLIL) methodology and to build the course participants’ confidence in promoting and managing a communicative and student-centred classroom.

Training for French Secondary School Inspectors, France

BSC partnered with French Educational Agents SILC, to organise a bespoke course for French School Inspectors and Managers. The aim of the course was to provide an in-depth introduction to the British Educational system as well as language improvement.

The course included visits to both primary and secondary institutions and the participants were able to meet the heads of these schools. Furthermore, they were given a talk by an OFSTED inspector about the inspection procedures and the criteria of evaluation.

Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools (NIS), Kazakhstan

NIS is a network of schools for exceptional students throughout Kazakhstan. BSC delivered a modular blended Teacher Training course to 160 NIS secondary teachers.

The aim was to increase capacity by training CLIL trainers who, later, would support and train other internal CLIL secondary teachers.
