What was Oxford Brookes looking for?

Oxford Brookes wanted to offer a professional teaching qualification to enhance the career prospects of students in the Languages, Linguistics and Education departments.

As an authorised teacher training centre with years of experience delivering expert CELTA training, British Study Centres was the perfect choice.

Why CELTA?

Students choose this module because CELTA is the most widely recognised English teaching qualification in the world. It’s the qualification most often requested by employers and three out of four English language teaching jobs require a CELTA qualification.

After this module, students graduate university with a Cambridge English teaching qualification that could be used in looking for their first teaching job, or to prove to employers that they have the teaching skills with a recognised certificate.
