Learn English and play football at the home of Manchester City

Manchester City Football Language Programme is an experience like no other. This exciting football and English course is designed to help boys and girls develop essential communication skills both on and off the pitch.

Students will train and play like a professional footballer in sessions led by Manchester City Football Academy coaches, whilst British Study Centres language teachers develop English language learning through the world of football.

Training

Coaching sessions are delivered by Manchester City staff, who are all UEFA qualified coaches and follow Manchester City’s playing philosophy and methodology.

Workshops

Led by qualified BSC teachers, English language sessions follow a syllabus created with Manchester City Football Academy and taught with interactive, digital activities.

Accommodation

For summer programmes, students enjoy university accommodation in private, en-suite rooms with full security. For spring programmes, students will be placed in twin en-suite hotel accommodation.

Evening activities

After a packed day of football training, players can enjoy a wide range of entertaining evening activities, including futsal and film nights, which are a great way to improve social skills.

Excursions

Students will love a tour of the world-famous Etihad Stadium, visiting behind-the-scenes places like the first team warm up area, the players' tunnel, the press conference area and much more.
